How counselling can help you
Life challenges us all. Sometimes we feel stuck, trapped, overwhelmed by our emotions or unsure how to change a situation that is hurting us. This is where counselling can help.
The idea of talking to someone who doesn’t know you can seem daunting. This is completely normal. Clients always find, however, that there is great freedom in being able to share their problems and concerns with someone who has no pre-conceived ideas about them.
I provide a safe and confidential space in which we can discuss whatever matters to you. Clients often tell me they were very nervous before the first session, but that the fear disappeared because they quickly started to feel so much better.
Talking without the threat of judgement or prejudice can help to make sense of what is going on for you and help you to find peace and a clear way forward.
Live your best life
As a counsellor I want my clients to live the best life they can. And to be at peace.
I focus on supporting the mental wellbeing of my clients. I am interested in you as an individual and in the situations and relationships that matter in your life. My role is not to judge but to support you in finding your individual path to mental wellbeing.
A deeper self-awareness develops through the counselling process. This valuable knowledge becomes a tool to be used outside of the counselling room helping in every aspect of life. Better understanding of yourself and patterns of behaviour can offer complete personal transformation.
Please do get in touch if you think I could help you.
